Wedding Haven Privacy Policy
Wedding Haven automatically receives and records information, on our server logs, from your browser. This includes your IP address, and Wedding Haven Cookie information. We use this information to customise promotions and content you see, and to fulfill your requests for certain products and services.
The Australian Federal Government's National Privacy principles which are set out in the 'Privacy Act' 1988 (Cth) represent a legal obligation which must be observed by many private sector organizations. Wedding Haven is committed to protecting its member's privacy by acting in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act. Wedding Haven Customer Information policy mirrors our commitment to member privacy.
Wedding Haven customer information policy provides that sensitive member information disclosed by the member to Wedding Haven will not be sold or distributed to a third party. Sensitive Information includes: members full name, address, email address, date of birth, account and credit card details and any details recorded on identification documentation.
This Customer Information Policy will not apply where; A member is under official investigation by Wedding Haven or any Government, judicial, or state authorized regulating body for reasons of fraud, terrorist activity, money laundering or any other illegal, illicit, criminal activity. Furthermore Wedding Haven reserves the right to refer any chargebacks along with member details to a debt collection agency in cases of suspected fraud.
Members registered at any site/s operated by Wedding Haven may receive email notifications such as but not limited to promotions and general information pertaining to other sites at which the member has/has not yet registered. Should members not wish for this to occur they are required to email support requesting to be unsubscribed.
If this site contains any links to outside parties, Wedding Haven is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any subsequent site that is not identified as part of Wedding Haven.
